How The OS Works
1. The Scorecard diagnoses where you are. It checks your Foundations (Stock, Story, Store, Strategy) and your Engine (the 10 P’s) to find the single biggest thing holding your business back right now.

Build → Optimise → Operate
Every system in the OS follows the same 3-phase cycle:
Build — Set this system up for the first time. Get it to “good enough to work.” Don’t perfect it — just get it functional. Most Build phases take 1–2 weeks per system.
Optimise — You’ve been running for 30+ days and have real data. Now improve what’s underperforming. Fix the leaks, tighten the margins, sharpen the messaging.
