01 · Where you actually are

You are not failing.
You have outgrown
the room.

Past $40K a month, the bottleneck stops being information. It starts being the people you have access to.

You are making more decisions per week than you used to make in a quarter. Most of them are calls you have never made before.

The tactics that worked at $10K do not work here. The Facebook groups are full of people three rungs behind you. The agencies want a retainer. The masterminds run on tactics from 2021.

You are capable. You are not lazy. You are not lost. You are just operating at a level where the rooms around you cannot keep up.

What you actually need is a smaller room of operators running businesses just like yours, who can compress your decision time before you make the wrong call.

02 · The honest reason

You do not need
more tactics.
You need better
thinking.

The operator's job changes past $40K a month. The work stops being execution and starts being decision-making.

Where to put the next dollar. When to hire and when to wait. Which channel is real and which is a vanity drain. When to scale and when to consolidate.

Most rooms cannot help with this. They were built for the previous version of you.

The Collective is built for the version of you who is already here. The room exists to make you a faster, sharper decision maker, not to teach you what you already know.

"By month two I had stopped second guessing the calls I was making. Saved me from a hire that would have cost me a quarter."Member · eight figure beauty brand

03 · What it actually is

A decision-making
advantage.

Not access for access's sake. Not another content library. Not a community of strangers.

Compress time. Remove guesswork. Make better calls, faster.

Every decision you bring into the room comes out clearer. Every problem you put on the table gets pressure-tested by operators who have made the same call before, or made the wrong one and wish they had not.

Every blind spot you did not know you had gets surfaced before it costs you a quarter.

This is the room where the calls you are about to make become the right ones.

04 · Inside a Collective session

Specifics, not
generalities.

The room runs the same way every month. Bring the call you are about to make. Walk out with a clearer plan. Execute. Refine. Compound.

Step 01

Bring The Call

A pricing change. A hire. A new channel. A team restructure. Your highest-leverage decision this fortnight.

Step 02

Pressure-Test It

Operators who have made the same call push back, ask sharper questions, surface blind spots you did not know you had.

Step 03

Walk Out Clearer

Not advice. Not opinions. Operator-tested next moves backed by people running the same kind of business as you.

Step 04

Execute. Report Back.

The cadence is what compounds. Three decisions in, the fourth one is sharper before you bring it to the room.

"The pressure-test on a new channel saved me about $30K I was about to throw at it. Worth a year of membership in one session."Member · outdoor brand

05 · What changes

What it actually does
for your business.

The Collective is built for outcomes, not features. Each one stacks on the one before it.

01 · Outcome

Faster Decisions

Cut the time from "thinking about it" to "moving on it" by half. The hesitation tax is the most expensive line item in your business.

02 · Outcome

Better Decisions

The wrong calls get caught before you make them. The right ones get sharpened by people who have already made the same one.

03 · Outcome

Fewer Mistakes

The mistakes operators in the room have already made do not have to be made by you. That is the whole point of the room.

04 · Outcome

Clearer Direction

At any given month, you know what you are working on and why. No more chasing tactics that should not be on your list yet.

05 · Outcome

Peer-Level Insight

Direct lines to founders running real Shopify businesses. Specialist intros when you need them. The kind of access that does not show up on a price list.

06 · Outcome

Confidence At The Top

The seat is yours. The decisions are yours. But you stop making them alone. That changes how you operate, even on the days you are not in the room.

If you are making decisions at this level, this is the
room your decisions belong in.

06 · What the room works on

The 10 P's.

Every Shopify business runs on ten moving parts. Every conversation in The Collective lands on one of them. This is the operating system the room thinks in.

01
Product

Product

What you sell. Range, supply, margin, quality. The thing customers pay for and the economics behind it.

02
Prospects

Prospects

Who you sell to. Traffic, audience, cold and warm. How new customers find you and what they cost.

03
Profit

Profit

The real economics. Margin, contribution, unit economics, P&L. Revenue that actually lands in the bank.

04
Patrons

Patrons

Existing customers. Repeat rate, LTV, loyalty. The people already in your list and what happens to them next.

05
Promotion

Promotion

Marketing. Paid, email, content, brand, offers. How the business shows up and the machine that makes it work.

06
Platform

Platform

The store. Shopify, tech stack, CRO, UX, conversion. The thing customers touch from ad to thank you page.

07
Performance

Performance

Metrics, reporting, dashboards. What you measure and the decisions you make from it.

08
People

People

Team. Hiring, structure, culture, founder time. The second biggest lever in the business after product.

09
Protection

Protection

Legal, finance, tax, cashflow, risk, IP. The quiet layer that keeps the business alive when things get hard.

10
Practice

Practice

Operations, systems, rhythms. The daily, weekly and monthly operating cadence that holds the whole thing together.

07 · The honest objections

The thoughts most
serious operators have
before applying.

"I already know what I am doing."

That is exactly why you are in range. The Collective is not about teaching you the basics. It is about refining the calls you are already making. Your decisions, sharper, faster, with operator-level pressure-testing on the ones that matter.

"I do not have time."

The Collective saves time. It removes the wrong decisions before you make them. A bad hire takes six months to undo. A wrong-channel decision takes a quarter. The membership pays for itself with one decision you do not have to clean up.

"I can figure this out myself."

You can. It is just slower, more expensive, and lonelier. Every operator in the room could have figured it out alone too. They chose not to because compounding ten people's experience is faster than compounding one.

"I have tried communities before."

This is not that. The application filter, the revenue floor, and the 50-seat cap are there on purpose. The room is small enough to know everyone, serious enough that nobody is selling, and operating at a level where the conversation is worth showing up for.

08 · Status filter

Who is in the room.
Who is not.

The filter is not vanity. It is what keeps the conversation worth showing up for.

For you if
  • You run an Aussie Shopify store doing usually $150K+/month per month
  • You are the founder or CEO and own the decisions
  • You are past the early-stage scramble and want sharper peers
  • You are willing to contribute, not just consume
  • You make calls weekly that are too important to make alone
  • You treat this as a professional room, not a place to vent
Not for you if
  • You are pre-$40K per month (Connect is the right room until you get there)
  • You want passive content to consume in your own time
  • You are looking for cheap advice or a hack
  • You run agencies, services or 50 dropshipping stores
  • You are not the person who actually owns the decisions
  • You want to be sold to or want to sell to others
09 · The real cost

Price the
mistakes,
not the
membership.

The Collective is small money. The decisions it changes are not.

A single wrong decision past $40K a month costs more than a year of membership. The Collective exists to stop those decisions before they are made.

$5K+

Wasted on the wrong supplier or product test

$3-5K/mo

An agency retainer for work that should have been done in-house

3 months

Chasing a channel that was never going to scale

6 months

Realising the hire you made was not the right one

A quarter

Of revenue lost while you sat on a pricing change you had already worked out

$50K+

The compounded cost of two or three of the above in a year

The Collective costs less than any one of these mistakes. It exists so you stop paying for them.

10 · Founding membership

Two ways to join.
Same room. Same access.

11 · The Pledge

What every member
signs up to.

Pledge 01

Contribute First

You bring problems, wins, numbers and second opinions to the room before you extract. The room only works when everybody does this.

Pledge 02

Confidentiality Holds

What is said in the room stays in the room. P&Ls, strategies, deals, decisions. No screenshots, no forwards, no sharing outside the membership.

Pledge 03

No Selling In

The Collective is not a sales channel. No pitching services, products or opportunities at members. Partners and specialists come in by invitation only.

12 · How the application works

Four simple terms.

Designed to be quick for serious operators and to filter everyone else out.

Term 01

Payment Starts The Application

Payment of the monthly fee or annual rate is step one of the application. It signals you are serious. Your card is charged. Your application goes into review.

Term 02

Founder-Fit Zoom Interview

Every applicant goes through a founder-fit interview with Paul. It is not a business audit. It is whether you are the right kind of operator for this room. If it is not a fit, you are refunded in full. Clear process. No awkward back and forth.

Term 03

Twelve Month Commitment

Membership is a twelve month commitment, monthly or paid in full. No cancellations inside the term. This keeps the room stable and the conversation real.

Term 04

Founding Rate Locked

Once you are in as a Founding Member, your rate stays at the founding rate for as long as your membership is active. Rate increases apply to future cohorts only.

13 · Your path

Two rooms.
One progression.

Connect is where you start. The Collective is where you go when you have outgrown it. Most members move up. Some never need to. Both rooms exist for the same reason: making fewer expensive mistakes.

01 · Start here

Connect

$0 to $400K a month · $97/mo

The development room. Daily live coaching with the eCommerce Circle bench. No application. Open enrolment. 7-day trial.

Every operator starts here. The foundations get installed. The fundamentals get fixed. The room is where Paul and the senior coaches actually spot operators ready to step up.

Connect is execution. Build the engine.
02 · Earn the room

The Collective

~$150K+ a month · Capped at 50 · $750/mo

The ascension room. Monthly hot-seat sessions, peer-led, founder-fit interview required.

Two ways in: invited up from Connect by Paul or a senior coach (most members), or apply direct via founder-fit Zoom interview (refund if not a fit). Both paths land in the same room.

Collective is decision-making. Compress time.

Connect is where you build. Collective is where you decide. Same journey, two stages.

13 · FAQ

Straight answers.

Is this actually worth $750 a month?
For operators usually doing $150K+/month, the maths is usually straightforward. One supplier tip, one agency intro, one pricing change, or one hire avoided tends to pay for a year of membership in a week. The value is not in the content. It is in the people you are in the room with.
What is the difference between monthly and the $5,000 paid in full. Plus active Connect membership ($997/yr or $97/mo).?
Same room. Same access. Same Founding Member status. Both are a twelve month commitment. Monthly is $750 across twelve months. Paid in full is $5,000 upfront, which saves $4,000 against monthly over the year.
Why is it application only?
Because the room only works if the people in it are operating at the same level and contribute the same way. Two paths in: most members get invited up from Connect by Paul or a senior coach when they hit the right revenue band (typically $150K+ a month). The other path is direct apply, which goes through the same founder-fit Zoom interview. Either way, the bar is the room, not the price.
How is The Collective different from Connect?
Connect is for operators going from $0 to around $40K a month. It is teacher led, open enrolment, daily live coaching. The Collective is the room above. Operators past $40K a month, peer led, application only, capped at 50, monthly hot-seat sessions and direct specialist access. Most members start in Connect and step up when their numbers say they are ready.
What happens if I am not accepted?
You are refunded in full. Clear process. No awkward back and forth. No clawback. The most common reason is that you are under the revenue floor, in which case Connect is the right room for you until you clear it.
Is the in-person event included?
Yes. The annual in-person event in Victoria is included. Travel and accommodation are on you. The event itself is on us.
Can I cancel?
No. Membership is a twelve month commitment, monthly or paid in full. Once you are in, you are in for the year. This keeps the room stable. If you are not sure about the twelve months, this is not the room for you yet.
Can my COO, partner or team join?
The seat is for the founder or person who owns the decisions. Spouses and business partners who run the company are welcome. Staff, COOs and GMs do not get access to the room, the calls or the chat. This is a founder table on purpose.
What if I sell services or run an agency?
The Collective is for brand operators, not service businesses. If your main revenue is from selling services to ecommerce stores, this is not the room for you. Reach out separately.
Founding cohort · capped at 50 · application only

If you are ready
to think and operate at a higher level.

You already know if the room you are in is too small. The Collective is the next one. Application only. Twelve month commitment. Founding rate locked.

Payment is step one of the application. Refunded in full if not accepted.
