What is included in the Store Converter Kit?
The kit includes theme installation and configuration, customisation training, conversion rate optimisation, brand strategy and Meta Ads training, two months in the eCommerce Circle community and access to the eComm Control Scorecard.
Is this a theme or a fully custom website?
It is a supported Shopify theme and training package. It gives you a professionally installed starting point that you customise for your brand. If you need a fully custom design or development project, that can be scoped separately.
Do I have to do the technical installation myself?
No. Our team installs and configures the new theme. You take care of the brand-specific customisation using the included training and guidance.
What will I be responsible for after installation?
You will add and refine your fonts, colours, imagery, copy and page layouts. Your existing products and collections stay within your Shopify store; the work is placing the content you want in the new structure.
Can I make changes later?
Yes. The training is there to help you keep editing and updating the parts of the theme you control as your brand evolves.
Is it suitable if I am not very technical?
It is intended for Shopify owners who are prepared to work through guided customisation without needing to build a theme from scratch. The installation is handled for you; the training supports the changes you make afterward.
How long does a launch take?
Installation is followed by your customisation and testing. Your launch timing depends on access, the condition of your content, the time you can allocate to the work and the care you take when reviewing the customer journey.
What do I need before the team can install it?
You will need an active Shopify store and the access required for our team to complete the installation. The onboarding process will confirm the collaborator access and information needed for your setup.
Will my existing products and collections disappear?
No. Products and collections remain in your Shopify store. The change is how you choose to organise and present that content in the new theme layout.
What support is available if I get stuck?
You receive two months of eCommerce Circle community access, including the dedicated onboarding Slack channel for technical questions and weekday coaching sessions. Calendar details are provided inside the community. Continued paid community membership is optional after the included period.
Is the kit included with an existing eCommerce Circle membership?
No. The Store Converter Kit is a separate purchase from an existing eCommerce Circle membership.
What does the eComm Control Scorecard do?
The scorecard is a structured way to review your ecommerce business and identify areas you may want to investigate or improve. It is a diagnostic tool, not a guarantee of a specific commercial result.
Can I share the template with someone else?
No. The template is not intended for sharing. Refer to the applicable terms and conditions for the exact usage rights.
Will this guarantee higher conversion rates or sales?
No. The kit provides a new foundation, training and support. Results depend on many factors, including your offer, traffic, product, messaging, pricing and how you implement and test the store.
Are there other costs to consider?
Your Shopify subscription and any optional apps are separate from the Converter Kit purchase. Continued community membership is optional and paid after the included two months. A custom build or development work beyond the kit is also scoped separately if you choose it.
Why are the payment-plan totals higher than the upfront special?
The monthly payment plans at checkout have their own totals: $1,994 over two monthly payments, $2,241 over three, or $2,388 over four. The $997 amount is the upfront special price.
