You have heard the promise: a complete, conversion-optimised Shopify store set up in 48 hours. But what does that actually look like in practice? What do you need to prepare? What does the team handle? And what do you do after the setup is complete?

This is the complete setup guide for the Store Converter Kit from eCommerce Circle. Whether you are launching a brand new store or migrating from an existing theme, here is exactly what to expect at every stage.

Before You Purchase: What to Have Ready

The setup process moves fast, so having a few things prepared will help you get the most out of your 48-hour turnaround. None of this is complicated, and you do not need everything to be perfect — but having the basics ready means the dev team can hit the ground running.

That is it. You do not need written copy, a brand guidelines document, or a detailed sitemap. The Store Converter Kit framework handles the structure, and you fill in the content details at your own pace.

Step 1: Purchase and Onboarding (Day Zero)

When you purchase the Store Converter Kit, you will receive an onboarding email from the eCommerce Circle team. This email includes a brief questionnaire asking for your Shopify store URL, brand assets, and any specific preferences you have for your store layout.

You will also need to grant the dev team collaborator access to your Shopify store. This is a standard Shopify feature that lets them work on your store without needing your login credentials. The email includes step-by-step instructions for setting this up — it takes about 2 minutes.

Once the team has your assets and access, the build clock starts. Expect the full setup to be complete within two business days.

Step 2: Framework Installation (Day One)

On the first business day, the dev team installs the complete Store Converter Kit framework on your store. This includes the Ella theme base with all 300+ conversion features, the Million Dollar Store Template layout, and the full configuration of your homepage, collection pages, product pages, and navigation.

Every conversion feature is configured and ready to activate: countdown timers, upsell sections, cross-sell carousels, trust badges, size guide popups, stock indicators, email capture popups, mega menus, and more. The team also configures your mobile experience to make sure everything looks and performs perfectly on phones and tablets.

Step 3: Brand Customisation and QA (Day Two)

On day two, the team applies your brand identity to the framework. Your logo is placed, your brand colours are set throughout the theme, and any font preferences are configured. They also run a full quality assurance check: testing page load speed, checking mobile responsiveness across devices, verifying that all features are working correctly, and making sure the checkout flow is smooth.

By end of day two, you receive an email confirming your store is ready for review. You can preview the complete store, make notes on anything you would like adjusted, and the team will handle any final tweaks.

Step 4: Your First Week After Setup

With the framework in place, your focus shifts to content: adding products, writing descriptions, uploading hero images, and configuring your shipping and payment settings. The step-by-step training videos that come with the Store Converter Kit guide you through all of this.

During your first week, we recommend:

Step 5: Launch and First Traffic

Once your products are loaded and your settings are configured, you are ready to go live. Remove the password protection on your Shopify store, connect your custom domain, and start driving traffic. The Meta Ads course bundled with the Store Converter Kit gives you a framework for running your first profitable campaigns.

You also have two months of eCommerce Circle community access, which means you can get real-time feedback on your store, your ads, and your strategy from 200+ Australian founders and 20+ expert coaches. Use it. The brands that engage with the community consistently outperform those that try to figure everything out alone.

For Existing Stores: Migration Made Simple

If you are migrating from an existing Shopify theme, the process is essentially the same. The dev team installs the Store Converter Kit as a new theme on your store, configures it, and applies your brand elements. Your existing products, collections, and content remain untouched — only the theme layer changes.

You can preview the new theme before making it live, compare it side-by-side with your current store, and switch over when you are confident everything looks right. There is no downtime and no data loss.

The setup process is designed to remove every barrier between you and a live, conversion-ready store. If you have questions about how the process would work for your specific situation, reach out to the eCommerce Circle team. They will walk you through everything.
